Baku Summer Residence is a countryside house spanning 1500 m², an ideal location for the summer retreat of a large family on the Caspian Sea shore in the suburbs of Baku.

The interior design embraces a traditional style with elements of art deco, where the metallic sheen of details emphasizes luxury, and elegance harmonizes with comfort. The color palette consists of neutral pastel tones as the base, complemented by intricate deep shades of cadet blue, green tones resembling forest moss, and dusty pink as accent colors.

A significant advantage of the planning concept is the presence of panoramic windows, providing excellent natural lighting throughout the space.

The design project aimed to utilize premium and exclusive materials for both the interior and furniture, including flooring and stairs, contributing to an overall sense of sophistication and modernity.

For the interior design, well-known American and Italian furniture, lighting, and décor brands were incorporated, such as Caracole, Ralph Lauren, Visual Comfort, Bernhard, Universal Furniture, John Richard, Baccarat, Uttermost, Calligaris, as well as Angelo Cappellini, Eichholtz, Royal Albert, among others.

The designer’s challenge was to execute the private villa project within a relatively short time frame of 5 months, encompassing a complete overhaul of utility lines and house enhancements. The objective was to make the residence technologically modern while emphasizing the house’s traditional style with refreshed interiors.
