The Fisher Island apartment project combines the elegance of Mediterranean style with the prestige of a seaside location on the Caspian coast, in the suburbs of Baku. Inspired by the main symbols of Azerbaijan – the crescent and the star – the architectural solutions highlight the uniqueness of this location.

The team faced the challenge of creating a modern and visually lightweight complex. Previously massive facades were transformed through varied building heights and decorative elements adding elegance and harmony to the design. The composition gained an airy and appealing look, emphasizing the charm and coziness of the Mediterranean style.

The complex includes apartments from 5 to 12 stories high, three swimming pools, recreation areas, and parking spaces, offering everything needed for comfortable and prestigious living.
