The design development of typical apartments includes 5 units of various sizes and room compositions: two studios with visually separated bedrooms; a studio with secondary natural lighting, featuring a separate bedroom and access to a terrace; an apartment with an option for a one-bedroom layout, and a large apartment with a separate kitchen, spacious dining-living room, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
In all apartments, the interior design is executed in a minimalist style. The predominant white color on the walls and ceiling is enriched by textured painting, illuminated niches, and decor matching the wall tone. Furniture with a natural oak texture exudes warmth, while standalone furniture pieces, decor elements, black-colored glass partition profiles, and light-toned soft furniture add contrast to the space.
