The landscaped area, designed with extensive attention to detail, features a large open-air pool and comfortable loungers, ensuring that visitors of all ages can enjoy a leisurely experience tailored to their comfort. A master plan and project concept have been developed, serving as a solid foundation for the construction documentation. This paves the way for the club’s doors to open to guests in the coming years.

The CITY BEACH project was meticulously designed, considering the smallest details such as navigation, convenient logistics for golf carts and bike paths for residents’ personal use, and the services provided by the residence and beach club. The design team dedicated significant attention to the landscape surrounding the large outdoor pools, restaurants, recreation zones, beach furniture, and more. The authors carefully considered all expectations and details, ensuring that visitors of any age can indulge in a comfortable experience, whether sunbathing, seeking shade, or enjoying quality time with their family.
