Lighthouse Residence II is a premium residential complex on the shores of the Caspian Sea, located in the resort town of Sea Breeze Resort (Baku, Azerbaijan).
The buildings in this project are an excellent example of modern architectural solutions adapted to a warm climate. To ensure maximum comfort for residents and protect against direct sunlight, protective pergolas have been installed on the sea-facing facades, which also add aesthetic appeal to the buildings.
The facades of the buildings are clad with light-colored HPL panels that have high-performance characteristics. They are resistant to environmental impacts and are durable.
The light panels contrast with the dark blue stained-glass windows. The “marine” color blends harmoniously with the landscape, while the quality of the glass provides natural interior lighting and allows for panoramic views.
Wooden elements add warmth and texture to the overall architectural composition. These decorative inserts emphasize the linear forms of the building, contrasting with the smooth surfaces of the HPL panels and the dark blue stained glass. Wood is used both in the facade design and in the pergolas, creating a harmonious combination of natural and modern materials.
The entrance portals of the buildings are highlighted with natural light stone, which complements the other facade materials, creating a unified and harmonious appearance for the building.
The master plan of the complex provides everything for a harmonious rest: a landscaped walking area with a mini park, a children’s playground, and a private pool with a bar. Both outdoor ground-level and underground parking are available.
