Project of private terrace with the area of 300 m² for double-level penthouse.Clients – young family whose members appreciate the comfort of private space and open air rest.

Plan solution was implemented in the way to divide the terrace into three zones – pool area, brazier and dining area and rest area.

Private double-level pool was designed on the terrace: deeper part (perfect depth 1.20-1.60 m) for bathing and shallow for placing sun beds in water surface. Pools architecture is elaborated in the way to extend visually sea’s smooth surface viewed from the terrace. The feel of unity with nature is enhanced due to terrace’s greening.

Design project plans a functional area with a brazier and cozy table for a large company and a lounge-zone with sofas, armchairs and hammock for rest and relax. Terrace’s multifunctional lightning creates environment of maximal comfort at any time of day.
