Villa 29 is an ambitious private construction project in the suburbs of Baku, within the Sea Breeze. The exterior and interior styles are inspired by the villa’s prime location on the Caspian Sea’s waterfront.

In addition to renovating the main building’s interiors, the team had the task of designing interiors for guest cottages, an events hall, and an entertainment area. The minimalist interiors of the cottages seamlessly blend with the dynamic textures of the finishes.

The events hall, adorned in light tones and complemented by the natural wood texture, creates a festive yet relaxed atmosphere. The entertainment area boasts facilities such as bowling, billiards, table tennis, a karaoke bar, and a fully equipped cinema with a capacity of up to 20 people, meeting the comfort criteria of a VIP-level auditorium.

The interiors of the entertainment zone showcase a minimalistic style, and the use of acoustic materials enhances the overall atmosphere for the leisure time of the client’s large family.

The bureau’s architects have meticulously developed a sketch project for the architecture, a conceptual layout, and detailed specifications for the architecture, layout, as well as construction and engineering solutions. Additionally, the implementation of “air to air” heat pumps for heating and air conditioning has been recommended.

The complex includes:

  • Entertainment area
  • Events hall for 45 people
  • Bowling
  • Billiards
  • Hookah lounge
  • Table tennis
  • Karaoke bar
  • Full-featured cinema with a capacity of up to 20 people and VIP-level comfort criteria for the audience
